Full office hours are Monday - Saturday 08:00 – 17:00
Pick up: 10:00 - 15:00 (earlier if vehicle is available)
Drop off: 08:00 - 10:00
A surcharge may apply, at the supplier's discretion, for late returns without prior authorization. Please note there are no refunds for the early return of vehicles.
First night accommodation
It is recommended that customers stay in a hotel for the first night after an International flight from outside of North America. Same day pick-up is accepted only if the customers arrive at the rental depot before 15:00. Late charges may apply if pick-up of vehicle extends past office hours (at the supplier's discretion).
***Travel to Burning Man Festival is NOT allowed*** Vancouver Intl Airport depot Vancouver Intl Airport is a serviced non depot location. Please note that the supplier does not have a physical depot at the airport, please read below for more info:
